Brussels based or Remote (6 months)
As an administration and communication Intern, you will work closely with our communication team to assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, supporting social media strategies, and helping to with different administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration and corporate communications, develop organizational skills, and learn about the inner workings of a NGO.
Responsibilities :
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
– Help draft, edit, and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, and announcements.
– Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and other digital content.
– Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and workshops.
– Conduct research to support communication strategies and administrative functions.
– Provide support on special projects as assigned by the administration and communication teams.
Qualifications:
– Current student or Recent graduate in relevant field (ex: Business Administration, Social Science, International relations..)
– Sensitivity for human rights and in particular, minority and indigenous rights.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and other languages are preferred, but not a necessity
– Strong proficiency in utilizing various research tools and techniques
– Detailed-oriented and able to multitask
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with a great amount of information.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remote (6 Months)
As a Fundraising Intern, you will work closely with our fundraising team to support efforts in securing resources for our initiatives, cultivating donor relationships, and assisting in grant-writing and fundraising campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, learn strategic donor engagement, and contribute to advancing the mission of an NGO.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to fundraising, such as maintaining donor databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

– Help research and identify potential donors, grant opportunities, and partnership prospects.

Qualifications:
– Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, International Relations).
– Sensitivity to human rights and, in particular, minority and indigenous rights.
– Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and summarize donor opportunities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
– Proficiency in using research tools, databases.
– Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international relations, geopolitical strategy, and human rights advocacy, while contributing to impactful projects that advance the rights of marginalized communities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct geopolitical research on issues affecting unrepresented and indigenous peoples, including international relations, human rights, and regional conflicts.
Assist in drafting reports, policy briefs, and strategic analyses for international organizations and stakeholders.
Support the preparation of advocacy materials and presentations for meetings and events.
Monitor developments in global politics, international law, and policy related to human rights, minority rights, and indigenous issues.
Assist in organizing workshops, events, and policy discussions, both virtual and in-person.
Help maintain and update relevant geopolitical and policy databases and resources.
Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Geopolitics, Public Policy).
Strong sensitivity to human rights and, in particular, minority and indigenous rights.
Solid understanding of geopolitical trends, international institutions, and policymaking processes.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex geopolitical and policy information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
