The UNPO releases the fourth issue in its series of newsletters dedicated to the plight of the Khmer-Krom.

The focus point of this newsletter is the Second Symposium on the Khmer-Krom's Right to Self-Determination, which was held on 1 June 2019 in The Hague. It also addresses the Khmer-Kampuchea Krom Foundation's (KKF) efforts at the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII) and the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Committee. Finally, the newsletter includes an interview with Mr Joshua Cooper, executive director of the Hawaii Institute for Human Rights (HIHR) and one of the co-organizers of the Second Symposium.
