A short documentary titled "Oromo Lives Matter: The Oromo Popular Resistance Against the Infamous Addis Ababa Master Plan" produced in 2015 by the Oromo community in Canada, is gaining worldwide attention online. The documentary aims to create awareness of the human rights abuses against Oromo people in Ethiopia.

The documentary was produced by Oromo community in Edmonton, Canada is well informing for understanding Oromo people and their human rights fight better.
