CHT already has Militay Administration in the name of "Operation Uttoron" i.e. "Operation Uliftment” and now going to have another Force with mighty powers. Most important is that according to the clause 53 of the CHTRC Act of 1998 the government cannot make any law for the CHT without consultation with the CHTRC and the HDCs. Which means she cannot enforce even any national law in the CHT if it is passed in the Parliament without consultation with our CHTRC and the HDCs.
