During the Second Session of the United Nation Human Right Council, Mr. Rodolfo Stavenhagen, issued the annual activities report on the situation of human rights and fundamental freedoms of indigenous people. Underlining evidences or presumptions of human rights and fundamental freedom abuses, this document stresses the importance of interpretation of the reforms on indigenous populations’ rights.
