#1 Hmong Newsletter May 2017

In May 2017, the Unrepresented Nations and People Organisation releases the first of a series of newsletters dedicated to the plight of the Hmong. The content of the newsletter provides a presentation of the minority living in Laos and an overview of its struggle for survival in the jungle as a consequence of the discrimination and repression delivered by the Laotian government against them. Forced to live in isolation in the mountains, their efforts to improve their lives are countered daily by challenges to fulfil their basic needs such as food.

Read about the Hmong and our most recent activities with the Congress of World Hmong People by downloading the May 2017 edition of the UNPO's newsletter and follow our #HmongInIsolation campaign on social media.
