He has noted that he came to our republic to participate in the celebrations of the Tenth Anniversary of the Gagauzian Autonomous Unit.

He has underlined that the formation of the Gagauzian Autonomous unit and giving it a Special Juridical Status is an example of the civilized solution of inter-ethnic problems. He has underscored the importance of the peaceful settlement of the Transdniestrian problem and the preserving peace in the area and he has declared that Turkey comes out for the preservation of the RM’s territorial integrity and support its striving for the European integration.

He has spoken out for the multisided development of bilateral relations between Turkey and Moldova, the increase of the trade turn over between the two countries. He has declared that Turkey will continue its support for Gagauzia.
