The dialogue will provide participants with a brief overview of multiethnic, linguistic, cultural and religious aspects.

The exchange will proceed on the basis of experiences and analyses of the situation in regions with participants, professors, experts and activists from the area.
Following are subjects to be treated:   -   Promoting and restoring common  human values, of the people’s in  region

-   Specific and general framework of the promotion and protection of the human rights in the region

-  Analysis  of  regional,  national practices and positives alternatives  experiences to the people to articulate their ethno-cultural aspirations

-   Perspectives of formulation of concrete policies, actions or programs for minorities with political, social and cultural integration.

-   General review of the histography and various and universal philosophies ( Buddhism, Shaism,  Sufism ) movements developed on  India’s border with  Tibet, Central Asia, Mongolia, China etc...
